For this, candidates must have a BTech degree from one of the IITs, with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 (on a scale of 10). Q: Can I join a B.Sc course at IIT Madras without giving JEE?
IIT Madras BSc admission is entrance-based as the institute primarily accepts the rank and scores of the JEE Main examination for admission to its full-time BSc programme. However, if candidates wish to apply for the integrated BS plus MS programme, then they can apply for admission through the scores of the IISER Aptitude Test. Therefore, you can join the BSc course at IIT Madras without giving the JEE.
Q: Can I get MTech in IIT Bombay with GATE?
Yes, GATE score is required to get admission to IIT Bombay course. However, aspirants who have not qualified GATE can also get admission based on written test conducted by the institute. The shortlisted candidates are further called for a personal interview round.
