The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the NEET UG 2026 exam on May 3, 2026, between 2 and 5 pm. The exam has three subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. All questions will be based on the NEET 2026 syllabus. Around 26 lakh students registered for this exam.
The NEET exam city slip 2026 will be released in mid-April 2026, and the admit card will be available by the end of April 2026. The NEET 2026 registration was open from February 8 to March 11, 2026. Students applied by visiting the official portal neet.nta.nic.in. The correction window was open till March 14, 2026. NEET UG 2026 is for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy courses for the 2026-27 academic year. It is possible to get admission to a private medical college with a score of 300 in NEET. For a government medical college, one should ideally obtain a score above 600. Hence, it can be said that a score of 300 in NEET may not be sufficient for admission to Government medical colleges.
