RRB NTPC 2024 application form was released online on September 14, 2024. The application fee can be paid online and offline. The application fee for all candidates except the fee concession categories is INR 500 whereas it is INR 250 for PwBD/Female/Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class. The application fee is refunded after candidates appear for the CBT exam. For eg: If the negative marking is 1/3 and candidates have answered 80 questions, out of which 12 were wrong, then the raw score will be 80-12-12 * (1/3) = 64. Therefore, 64 is the raw score.

- There is a negative marking in RRB NTPC exam. 1/3 of the marks are deducted for wrong answers. For the correct answer, candidates score one mark
- The minimum qualifying marks for CBT 1 and 2 for General, EWS categories is 40 per cent, for OBC and SC is 30 per cent and for ST category is 25 per cent. In CBAT, candidates are required to secure a minimum T-score of 42 marks
- 15 times candidates are selected for CBT 2

RRB NTPC Cut off 2024
RRB NTPC cut off 2024 will be released separately for different stages of recruitment. The cut is the minimum qualifying marks that candidates need to secure inorder to qualify the exam. Besides RRB NTPC cut off, candidates are also required to secure the qualifying marks as per their category. The minimum qualifying marks for CBT 1 and 2 for General, EWS categories is 40 per cent, for OBC and SC is 30 per cent and for ST category is 25 per cent.
