Q:   When will CUET UG notification release?

A:

CUET UG 2025 notification will be released at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG. The dates for the CUET 2025 exam subejct wise will be declared online. Q:   When will be CUET UG exam conducted?

A:

CUET UG 2025 exam will be conducted tentatively in third week of May 2025. NTA will release the official notification for CUET UG exam date before the release of notification. Candidates will be able to know exam details through CUET UG information bulletin. NTA will conduct CUET UG 2025 exam in multiple phases depending upon the number of candidates registering for the exam. Registered candidates will know the exact CUET UG exam on release of the hall ticket. CUET UG 2025 exam will be a hybrid mode i.e., candidates will have to report at the alloted exam centre on the day of the examination. The exam will be held in two to three slots each day depending upon the subject combinations chosen by the candidate.

Q:   What is CUET UG exam slot and timing?

A:

CUET 2025 will be held in two/three slots. The timing for the same will be released with release of CUET 2025 date sheet. Candidates will be able to know the exam centre and timing along with the release of CUET 2025 admit card. Tables below will be updated on release of the CUET 2025 date sheet:

Q:   Is CUET exam date announced?

A:

National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the CUET 2025 exam date anytime soon at nta.ac.in. It is expected that CUET UG 2025 exam will be held in May/June. The exam will be conducted in multiple slots each day. The number of CUET exam slots will depend upon the number of candidates registered for the exam.

CUET 2025 registrations will commence at cuetug.ntaonline.in. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET for admission to UG courses of Central, State, Private or Deemed universities must fill the online application form to appear for the CUET 2025 exam. Only registered candidates will be able to appear for the exam as per the schedule. 

Q:   How can I check my CUET exam centre?

A:

Candidates will be able to check the CUET 2024 allotted exam centre upon release of CUET intimation slip and CUET admit card. Only candidates who will fill the CUET application form along with the successful application fee payment will be able to download the intimation slip for CUET exam. The name of exam centre will be mentioned on the intimation alip in advance to help candidates make preparations accordingly. The CUET 2024 admit card is expected to release three to four days prior to the day of examination in online mode. Candidates will be able to check the following details on the release of CUET 2024 admit card:

  1. Name of the candidate
  2. Registration number
  3. Category
  4. Location
  5. Date of exam
  6. Time of exam
  7. Exam centre name & address
  8. Photograph
  9. Signature
  10. Instructions related to the exam 

Candidates must note that the CUET exam centre once allotted, no request for change in exam centre will be entertained under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to carefully enter the exam centre preference while filling the CUET 2024 application form.

Q:   When will NTA release the CUET city intimation slip?

A:

NTA will release CUET 2025 city intimation slip online. Candidates who will complete the CUET application process by paying the requisite fee will have to log in with their username and password and download the slip to check the city where their CUET UG 2025 exam centre will be located.

CUET intimation slip will mention the date of examination, shift, subject/test papers and medium chosen by the candidate while filling the application form. City intimation slips are released subsequently for the exams scheduled on different dates. CUET city intimation slip is not an admit card. It is an advanced information about the allotment of city. Based on the city allotted, candidates will have to make the necessary arrangement for travel, accommodation, etc.

Q:   What special facilities are provided to PwD candidates to appear for CUET exam?

A:

As per the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment guidelines, PwD candidates will be provided with following facilities:

  1. Scribe facility: In case the candidate has physical limitation and required a scribe for writing the exam, he/she must be certified in the format provided by CMO/Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution.
  2. Compensatory time: PwD candidates will get extra time of one hour whether such candidates use scribe facilities or not.

How to Download the CUET Arts/Humanities Datesheet?

Arts students planning to take CUET UG 2025 exams can download the CUET UG Datesheet 2025 by following the given below steps:

Step 1: Go to the NTA's official website: exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG.

Step 2: On the homepage, under Public Notices, you will find "Schedule/Datesheet for the Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG)]". 

Step 3: Open the link to view the datesheet. It will be displayed in PDF format.

Step 4: Click the download icon (or press Ctrl + S) to save the datesheet on your device.

Step 5: If needed, take a printout of the datesheet for easy reference and mark your exam dates.

Candidates are advised to check the schedule thoroughly and note the subject-wise timings and in case of any discrepancies/queries, reach out to NTA immediately for clarification. Also, regularly visit the NTA website to stay updated with any further announcements.

CUET UG 2025 Exam Day Important Instructions

Candidates appearing for the CUET must keep the following instructions in mind for the exam day:

  • Candidates must arrive 90 minutes before the exam starts to complete necessary formalities and avoid missing key instructions.
  • Take your assigned seat immediately once the exam hall opens. Latecomers may miss crucial instructions, and NTA will not be responsible for delays due to traffic or other personal reasons.
  • Carry a printed admit card and a valid photo ID (original and non-expired). Candidates without proper documents will be barred from the exam.
  • Each candidate is assigned a specific seat by roll number. Changing seats is strictly prohibited and can lead to disqualification.
  • Verify that the question paper matches the subject you have opted for. In case of a mismatch, report it immediately to the invigilator.
  • In case of emergencies or technical issues, candidates can approach the invigilators or the center superintendent for assistance.
  • NTA will not reschedule the exam for any candidate who misses the test, regardless of the reason.

Note: Perform all calculations and writing tasks on the rough sheets provided in the examination hall and return the rough sheets to the invigilator before leaving the room to ensure compliance with the rules.

CUET UG Exam 2025: Documents Required on Exam Day

Candidates appearing for the CUET 2025 exam must carry the following documents to the exam center. Failure to present these documents will result in disqualification from the examination.

1. Admit Card with Self-Declaration (Undertaking): A printout of the Admit Card downloaded from the NTA website. The Admit Card must be printed on A4 size paper and include the duly filled-in Self-Declaration (Undertaking).

2. Passport-Size Photograph: One passport-size photograph identical to the one uploaded on the Online Application Form. This photograph will be pasted on the Attendance Sheet at the exam center.

3. Authorized Photo ID (Original, Valid, and Non-Expired): 

Candidates must present one of the following original photo IDs:

  • School Identity Card
  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID Card
  • Passport
  • Aadhaar Card (with photograph)
  • E-Aadhaar with photograph
  • Ration Card (with photograph)
  • Class 12 Board Admit Card (with photograph)
  • Bank Passbook (with photograph)

PwBD certificate issued by the authorized medical officer, if claiming the relaxation under PwBD category OR PwBD Certificate regarding physical limitation in an examination to write, if claiming the relaxation under the PwBD category.

4. PwBD Certificate (if applicable): Candidates claiming relaxation under the PwBD category must carry:

  • A PwBD certificate issued by an authorized medical officer.
  • OR, if applicable, a certificate regarding physical limitations to write the exam.
