An awesome place to make your dream true.
Placements: Placements are quite good in the Chandigarh University, especially for UITHM students. They have an excellent link-up with many 5 star hotels in India. There is also a semester exchange programme available with many foreign colleges like Walt Disney, USA. Approximately, 65-80% of the students get the job after completing the course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Chandigarh University is mind-blowing. It's very green and clean with wide connecting roads and 12 academic blocks. Wi-Fi is available in each corner of the university. There are 2 cricket nets, 4 basketball courts, indoor games, running ground, 3 cricket ground and a football ground available here. A 24-hours ambulance service is also available for the students and the faculty members. Also, hostel rooms are very different in size in different hostels. A lot of canteens are there here with some of them being good and some being average. Also, classrooms are big enough to accommodate 70 students.
Faculty: Teachers are very good here, but not all. Some of them are not really good nor educated. The student-faculty ratio is 40:3. There are 100 of faculty members from the foreign country who are teaching the Indian students here and enjoying the environment. There is also a teacher training programs available for the teaching staffs to enhance their skills and make it more perfect.
Other: This university is full of event activity. The visits of the reputed artist like Siddharth or Katrina or Ranbeer are so normal here that you will see every month a celebrity coming here to promote their video, movie, song or anything like that. The crowd is very exciting, and the strength of the university is almost Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 45,000. There are too many semester exchange programs available of 300 different universities in 100 different countries.

Great campus life and Good exposure.
Placements: Almost 50%-60% of students have been placed from this university. Top recruiting companies were the Oberoi Group, The Grand, JW Marriott, Radisson, Hotel Lalit, Ashok Group of Hotels. Almost 40% of students got internships in many companies like The Grand, Ashok Group of Hotels, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the academic building and hostels is very great. Wi-Fi facilities are available everywhere, and all the classes are running in B2 block. Course design is very good, covering all the topics as per the requirement in the placement. The food of the hostel is average.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive in academics. They use presentations for better understanding and visualization. The curriculum is kind of hectic; 5 days of classes are there in a week. The semester exams are quite tough to moderate for the students and consist of 60 marks.
