RRB NTPC notification 2024 has been released. The short notification was released on September 2, 2024.  The notification is released to select candidates for various graduate and undergraduate posts. The posts announced under RRB NTPC exam are Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Traffic Assistant, Goods Guard, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, Senior Time Keeper, Commercial Apprentice and Station Master. RRB NTPC notification is released in PDF. The notification PDF comprises details such as important dates, application process, selection process, exam pattern, syllabus, exam day guidelines, etc. Candidates must read the notification carefully before applying for the exam.

RRB NTPC application form for Graduate posts was released on September 14, 2024. The last date to apply for this post was October 20, 2024. RRB NTPC application form 2024 for undergraduate posts was released on September 21, 2024. The last date to apply for the exam was October 27, 2024. Interested candidates need to fill the application form online only. The application fee can be paid both online and offline. In 2022, a total of 1.25 crore application forms were received for RRB NTPC exam. Candidates are not required to sent the hard copy of RRB NTPC application form. • Pay the application fees and submit the application form

RRB NTPC application status is released so that candidates can know whether their application forms have been rejected or accepted for the exam. Based on the application status, candidates are issued admit cards for appearing in the exam. 

RRBs will announce separate exam dates for RRB NTPC graduate and undergraduate posts. RRB NTPC exam dates for graduate and undergraduate posts will be announced soon. 

RRB NTPC admit card will be released online separately for different stages of exams-CBT 1, CBT 2, CBAT/CBST, Document Verification and Medical Exam. The admit card is released four days before the exam. To download the admit card, candidates need to login with user ID and password. The admit card is an important document without which candidates are not allowed to appear for the exam.

RRB NTPC salary is different for different posts. The starting basic salary range offered to undergraduate posts is INR 19,900 to 21,700. While, the graduate post employees are offered RRB NTPC salary in the range of INR 25,500 to INR 35,400. The monthly basic salary for Junior Clerk cum Typist is INR 19,900 while it is INR 35,400 for Station Master and Commercial Apprentice. Candidates are also entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), Travel Allowance (TA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), pension benefits, and medical reimbursements. RRB NTPC exam pattern and selection process has been revised for graduate and undergraduate posts. The revision in the exam pattern has been done in the second stage CBT. SC/ST candidates who opt for free travel facility, RRB NTPC call letter for CBT, CBAT/TST, DV contains information regarding the free travel authority. Such candidates are allowed to book their tickets after they submit a self-attested photocopy of the RRB NTPC admit card and SC/ST Certificate. Candidates need to download their admit cards online. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter user ID and password. RRB NTPC admit card is an important document for the exam without which candidates are not given entry to the examination centre. Candidates need to carry their admit cards along with one photo-identity proof to the exam centre. RRB NTPC admit card carries important information related to the exam.

The full form of NTPC is Non Technical Popular Categories. This exam is conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board to appoint candidates as Commercial Apprentice, Goods guard, Traffic Apprentice, Traffic Assistant, Assistant Station Master, etc. All over India. The eligibility criteria prescribed for RRB NTPC is given below: Age limit: The age limit for undergraduate posts is 18 to 30 years. The age limit for graduate posts is 18 to 33 years. Educational qualification: For undergraduate posts, candidates must have passed Class 12. RRB NTPC Salary Railway Recruitment Board decides RRB NTPC salary structure. The basic pay of RRB NTPC Junior Clerk cum Typist is INR 19900 per month. RRB conducts the RRB NTPC exam to recruit candidates for various vacancies in the Indian Railways.

RRB NTPC answer keys 2024 will be released for CBT 1, 2, CBAT/CBTST within few days after the exams are conducted. Along with the answer key, the question papers, objection tracker and candidate response sheet will also be made available. To download the answer key, candidates need to enter user ID and password. The objection against the answer keys can be raised by paying INR 50.

In the self-declaration part of RRB NTPC admit card, candidates are required to write a paragraph saying that the details they have entered in the application form are correct and complete. They should not write the self-declaration in capital letters. Likewise, blank spaces are also provided for signature and left thumb impression. The official notification reads, "Candidates should leave blank spaces provided in the downloaded e-Call letter for writing self-declaration paragraph (as the paragraph will be displayed on the screen during CBT), signature and Left Thumb Impression (LTI) unfilled while coming for the exam." Candidates are required to write the paragraph of self-declaration, sign and affix the left thumb impression at the exam venue in the presence of the invigilator at the exam hall only. After this, they have to hand over the admit card to the invigilator.

Applicants must possess a Gazette Notification or relevant legal documentation for name changes and be prepared to present it upon request during the recruitment process. The same should be submitted at the time of DV. Applicants should also have to fill the original name and the changed name during ‘Create an Account’. In such cases, both the names will be reflected in the application

RRB NTPC age limit for candidates applying for the undergraduate level posts should be 18 to 33 years. The age limit for graduate-level posts is 18 to 36 years. Candidates belonging to the reserved categories are given relaxation in the age limit as per government rule. The age limit prescribed for Graduate level posts has been revised. The revised age limit is 18 to 36 years. Earlier, it was 18 to 33 years.
