- Candidates should have passed a graduate degree of three-year or four-year duration from any recognised institute or university i.e. completion of formal education under 10 2 3 or 10 2 4 pattern.
- They must have obtained at least 50% marks in their bachelor's degree examination (final year).
- Candidates who are currently in the final year of their graduation degree are also eligible for the IBSAT exam, however, they must complete their graduation (all exams practical as well as theory papers) before May 31, 2023.
- Also, the admission status of such candidates will be provisional until and unless they submit their bachelor degree mark sheets to prove their eligibility for IBSAT 2023.
- For this, candidates need to submit their mark sheets and certificates for graduation degree by November 1, 2023.
IBSAT 2023 Eligibility for English Proficiency
- Candidates must have studied in English medium throughout their formal education
- If candidates have not studied in English medium, then they must take any of the tests mentioned below and submit a valid score by March 31, 2023. The proficiency test for English that candidates need to appear and qualify for IBSAT is:
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
- National English Language Test (NELT)
IBSAT 2023 Eligibility: Qualifying Entrance Test
As part of IBSAT 2023 selection criteria, candidates must have valid scores in any of MBA entrance exams below:
- Common Admission Test (CAT) - scores valid from 2021/2022/2023
- NMAT by GMAC - scores valid from 2021/2022/2023
- Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) - scores valid from 2021/2022/2023
- IBS Admission Test (IBSAT) - Scores valid from 2023 only
