Experience and review of My Tenure - IIT Bombay.
Placements: The placements are really good with the highest package of 3.67 crores CTC and the average package for non tech branches is 18 LPA and for tech field is around 30 LPA. You get internships too during your years from college and it is easy comparable to other colleges to get off campus internships and placements.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good, just the rooms are small and the toilets are less than the expected ones. Mess and the other facilities are really good in my point of view. There is no ragging and senior interaction for the first 60 days of freshers. They are kept in different hostels and treated like babies that you don't have to play around with seniors.
Faculty: The only thing that hurts me is when some professor does not want to teach as they are bored of teaching and come to class just to tell what's written on the slides. Few of them are this kind, others are good enough and teach very well. You can get projects and a lot of things to learn from them.

Classrooms are spacious and equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioners. Our college has labs. In addition to the department building, there are many other places on campus for research work. One noteworthy feature is the road that runs from the central library to the energy core building, which is filled with buildings related to energy. The hostels are good.

Most demanded engineering college in india.
Placements: The placement percentage of this course is quite good. Although there is a flaws, the average package for this course (core) is low compared to the expectations before coming to the college. There are a huge number of companies coming here, so that's not an issue. Also there is immense opportunities for internships as well. All this is managed by colleges own placement cell.
Infrastructure: The recently constructed buildings (including department and hostel buildings) are well-equipped with very fine amenities, although old buildings ***. They are too conjusted and also not really well maintained (some hostels). The mess food is not bad, and has many eateries outside hostel.
Faculty: The academic part is the one that is not to be seen. The faculty members here are really well qualified and yes the course makes you industry ready as most of the courses have practical labs. The semester exams are designed by professors. Most of the courses have nearly 30-40 percentage as the passing criterion.
Other: The main fests include MOOD INDIGO and TECHFEST, Asia's largest fests in their respective fields.
