WBCHSE Result 2025: Revaluation

If students are not satisfied with their results then they can apply for revaluation of WB 12th result 2025. Students can send in applications for review and scrutiny of answer scripts online before the last date as specified by the Board. For the same, they need to collect the revaluation form from their respective schools and fill it with the required credentials. Students must submit the duly filled form to the respective school authority along with the fee before the last date.
The board will release the last date of applying for revaluation after the declaration of HS result 2025 West Bengal board. WBCHSE will release the West Bengal Revaluation result in July 2025.

WB HS Result 2025: Compartment

Students who are unable to pass in one or two subjects after the declaration of West Bengal HS result will be given another opportunity to clear the exam. Students can appear for compartment exams and save an academic year. One can apply for this exam through respective schools. For that, students will have to collect a prescribed form from the school and fill out the required credentials carefully. Submit the filled form with the requisite fee to the respective school authorities.

WBCHSE will conduct compartment exams in August/September 2025, tentatively.  The West Bengal 12th class result 2025 for the same will be released in September 2025.

• Of the total appearing students, as many as 6,79,784 students pass. 90 per cent students pass.
• Total number of exam takers 7 lakh 90 thousand
• A total of 755324 students appeared in the Class 12 final exam. 
• No case of paper leak or any malpractices were reported during the Class 12 final exams, the council said, adding that 41 cases of candidates carrying mobile phones were registered and their candidature have been rejected.

• Tatkal service in result distribution

  The hardcopies of the mark sheets and pass certificates are available from 55 distribution centres including the four regional offices of the Council. The result tatkal service was made available from May 10 to 13 for those students who want a revaluation of their results. Students will get their revised results within 7 days, the WB Council said.

• Total 52,878 students (6.66 per cent of total success students) scored 80 per cent and above marks. Total 2,73,580 students  (38.65 per cent of total successful students) scored 60 per cent and above marks.

• WB HS result 2023: Boys perform better than girls

  In the West Bengal HS Results 2023, boys performed better than girls students. The pass percentage among male students is 91.86 per cent while the same for female students was 87.26 per cent.

• Purba Medinipur district performed best with 95.75% result

A total of 11 districts registered over 90 per cent pass percentage with Purba Medinipur district topping the list after recording 95.75 per cent pass percentage.

• A total of 87 students in top 10

This year total 87 students featured in the top ten merit list out of which 46 are male students. Out of the 87 candidates, 18 were from Hooghly district, 12 were from South 24 Parganas district while 3 were from Kolkata.

• WBCHSE Class 12th result: Percentage wise

A total of 52,878 candidates got more than 80 per cent marks, while 2,73,580 students got above 60 per cent.

• West Bengal 12th result: 87.58% students pass from minority communities - The pass percentage among students belonging to minority communities was 87.58 per cent while the same for students belonging to SC/ST communities was 87.75  per cent.
