UGC NET Admit Card 2023 for Phase 1 Released

National Testing Agency (NTA) has released UGC NET admit card 2023 for Phase 1 on February 18. Candidates can download their admit cards till the exam day. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter application number, date of birth, enter security pin and security pin. UGC NET admit card is an important document without which candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam. The Phase 1 exam of UGC NET will be conducted from February 21 to 24, 2023 for 57 subjects. The city intimation link for Phase 1 was activated on February 13, 2023.

The steps to download UGC NET admit card 2023 for Phase 1 are given below:

  • Visit the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
  • Under the ‘Latest News’ section on the home page, candidates will find the UGC NET admit card download link
  • Enter the login details- enter application number, date of birth, enter security pin and security pin
  • UGC NET admit card 2023 for Phase 1 appears on the screen
  • Download the admit card and take its printout

UGC NET Exam Pattern 2023

UGC NET exam comprises two papers-Paper 1 and 2. The duration of the exam is three hours. Paper 1 carries 50 questions whereas Paper 2 carries 100 questions. Questions in both the papers are objective-type. The question paper is set in English and Hindi. There are no negative marking in UGC NET exam.

 The NTA postponed the UGC NET Dec session exam for January 15, 2025 due to Pongal, Makar Sankranti and other festivals. The revsied dates were released by the NTA. Now, the January 15 exam was conducted on January 21 (morning shift) and January 27, 2025 in the evening shift.
