Joint Admission test for Masters (JAM) has been established as a benchmark for the undergraduate level Science education in the country from last two decades. The objective of JAM is to provide admissions to Post- graduate Degree Programmes and to consolidate Science as a career option for the students across the country.

IIT JAM 2025 examination for the academic session 2025-2026 will be conducted by IIT Delhi, the examination conducting body. Aspirants who had earlier filled the JAM 2025 application form with the required eligibility will be able to give the JAM 2025 examination. IIT JAM 2025 examination is scheduled to be held on February 2, 2025. JAM 2025 is a Computer Based Test (CBT) to be conducted in SEVEN Test Papers at the undergraduate level.

IIT JAM 2025 online registration will start on September 3, 2024

IIT JAM Admit Card 2025 will be released in the first week of January, 2025, tentatively. Candidates who have successfully filled out and submitted the IIT JAM 2025 application form can download the JAM 2025 admit card by visiting the IIT JAM official website.

IIT JAM 2025 admit card will be available in online mode on the JAM Online Application Processing System  (JOAPS) portal. Candidates who had filled out the IIT JAM 2025 Application Form can download the IIT JAM 2025 Admit Card by using their enrolment ID or email ID and password on the portal to see their respective exam centres. 

IIT JAM mock test is a simulated version of the actual Joint Admission Test for MSc JAM exam. It is designed to replicate the exam pattern, difficulty level, and question types to help aspirants prepare effectively.

For the academic session 2025-2026, IIT Delhi will be conducting the JAM 2025 exam on February 2, 2025. Before the conduct of the examination, the exam officials will be releasing the JAM 2025 mock test for the test takers. Candidates who would apply for the JAM 2025 regsitration will be able to visit the IIT JAM 2025 official website and can get access to the subjet wise IIT JAM 2025 mock test link.

As per the official information, it is confirmed that JAM 2025 examination is scheduled to be held on February 2, 2025. Depeneding upon any technical issue and crisis from the examaintion conducting body, the examination might schedule to other dates, but the probability of that is very negligible. 

IIT Delhi, the examination conductung body for the academic session 2025-2026 has announced the IIT JAM 2025 exam date through an official notification. Hence, it can be said that the JAM 2025 exam date is confirmed. Now that the application process is going to be commenced from September 3, 2025, it is all the more evident that the IIT JAM 2025 exam date is confirmed.

IIT JAM scores will be used for admission to over 2000 seats for postgraduate programmes such as MSc and MA at IISc and various NITs, IIEST Shibpur, SLIET, DIAT through Centralized Counselling for MSc / MSc (Tech.) Admission (CCMN). There are no additional written tests or interviews for admission to candidates qualifying JAM and satisfying the eligibility and special
eligibility requirements through CCMN. 
In addition, JAM 2025 scores will be used for admission to the four Integrated Ph D Programmes and two MSc Programmes at Indian Institute of Science (IISc). JAM 2025 scores are likely to be used by various other institutes such as Jawaharlal Nehru
Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal (IISER Bhopal), Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune (IISER Pune), and Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy (IIPE). Candidates seeking admission to select postgraduate programmes for the academic year 2025-26 must appear in JAM 2025 Examination. IIT JAM 2025 for this academic cycle will be conducted by IIT Delhi, the examination conducting body on February 2, 2025. 

Instrested applicants of IIT JAM 2025 examination can visit the official website of IIT JAM 2025 and fill up the IIT JAM 2024 application form. The online application portal has been opened on September 3, 2024 and can be applied for a period of around a month. The last date for filling up the online application form for MSc courses will be October 11, 2024.

The last date for filling up the online application form for MSc courses has been extended to October 18, 2024. Candidates qualifying in JAM 2025 are eligible to apply for admission to around 3000 seats in IITs for the academic year 2025-26. No additional evaluation process, such as suitability test or interview is required for admission to the programmes in Admitting Institutes under JAM 2025.

IIT JAM 2025 for the academic session 2025-2026 will be conducted by IIT Delhi, the examination conducting body on February 02,  2025. Aspirants who had already completed an undergraduate degree (BSc) or are currently studying in the final year of undergraduate programmes are eligible to apply for the exam. 

IIT Madras, the exam authorities, opened the IIT JAM 2024 application modification window on November 24, 2023. IIT JAM 2024 applicants who committed any mistakes while filling out the application form will get the chance to edit the incorrect details and submit the correct ones.

IIT JAM 2024 application correction portal will be open for a few days, and the last date for doing the modifications is November 30, 2023. To edit the incorrect details, applicants need to login to their JOAPS portal or directly click on the link mentioned on the official website web page. After logging into their accounts, candidates will be able to edit the details.

IIT JAM  2024 Counselling process is expected to start from second week of April, 2024. Candidates will be able to fill the admission forms through online mode. Students who will qualify the exam can submit their admission forms with payment of admission application fee. The counselling process will be held in various rounds according to seats availability in each round. On the basis of candidate’s rank, the admission will be offered to the students. Students must bring their complete documents as informed by the authority for the document verification process.

An Applicant was considered for admission only to the programme choices filled in the Admission Form. There were four rounds of admission, in the normal case. If seats remain vacant, additional rounds may be conducted. Applicants receiving an offer in any of the rounds are required to login at the official website within the stipulated time and choose one of the three options viz.  (a) Accept and Freeze (b) Accept with Upgrade (c) Reject and Quit. 

IIT Madras has released the IIT JAM 2024 answer key on February 19, 2024. JAM 2024 test takers can visit the official website to download the JAM 2024 master question paper and JAM answer key 2024. 

The examination authority will also open the Answer key challenge IIT JAM 2024 portal. Candidates will be able to raise objections against the answer provided by the authority at the official website. Candidates will be able to submit challenges against the provisional answer keys within the stipulated deadline by paying a fee of INR 500 per question.

Once IIT JAM 2024 result is declared, candidates need to fill and submit an admission form. It is necessary to fill the IIT JAM 2024 admission form to take part in the counselling process. Candidates can fill and submit the application form for the IIT JAM admission process.

The examination conducting authority has not released any official dates for the admission process. However canididates can expect the filling of IIT JAM 2024 admission form in the first week of April 2024.
Aspirants can visit the JAM 2024 JOAPS portal for filling out the admission form. This is a common application form for all participating IITs and candidates need not send any hard copy of the IIT JAM admission form to the respective institutes.
