I am satisfied with our college placements.
Placements: About 50% of students got placed in our college in some companies. The salary package offered ranges between 8 LPA - 16 LPA. Top roles offered are data scientist, data analyst, bio-statistician, etc. Many top companies visit our college for placements to recruit students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel is very good. Our college has a library. Wi-Fi is available in our college. The food quality is good enough.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. Their teaching skills are good. The course curriculum is helpful and makes students industry-ready. The difficulty level of semester exams is difficult but is good because all subjects are important.
Other: The hostel has a good environment and is surrounded by greenery.

It is an amazing university and provides good placements, facilities and infrastructure.
Placements: In the senior batch, the highest salary package offered is 16 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 9 LPA. The roles offered are marketing consultant, financial consultant etc. Every student got internships from college in companies and government entities. 40% of students got placed, and the average package offered is 4 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, Wipro, and TCS are recruiting companies. The roles of data analyst, data engineer and data scientist are offered.
Infrastructure: The mess and canteen are amazing, and the food is delicious. The library is very good and has a huge collection of books. You can literally find anything that you want in the library. BHU provides free Wi-Fi facilities to all students with great speed, so no problem is encountered in browsing and surfing the internet for your needs in studies. The university has its own gym and playground where you can play different sports like cricket, tennis, badminton, football, and volleyball. It also has a skating ground, swimming pool and many other sports. The medical facilities are the best, and everything is free for students, but one has to register themselves to attain it. There is no problem if you are a student of BHU in times of sickness.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified. The knowledge of faculty members is good to clear students' doubts. It makes students ready for the industry. This curriculum is good for higher studies and campus placements. Everything is well-coordinated and student-friendly. The teaching quality is good and easy to understand. Students must be willing to learn new things easily to get industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate.
Other: This course is good for those who want to go to a private firm for jobs like data analyst, data scientist and data engineer. The campus is amazing and very refreshing as there are many trees, and the weather is much diverse compared to outside campus.

A college with good infrastructure.
Placements: Placements in our college were average. Nearly 3-4 companies visited the college to organise placement drives. The packages offered range from 3-10 LPA. Less than 10% of the students got placed. The college has a placement cell. They tried their best to invite companies to the campus. The placement cell is in a growing stage, and it is not a well established one.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Banaras Hindu University is very good which supports students' holistic growth. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The college provides free medical facilities for students at the student's health centre and hospital. Labs and classrooms are perfect for a student to concentrate on studies. They are well-equipped with projectors and systems. Hostel rooms are good, spacious enough and facilitate cross ventilation. Wi-Fi facility is also provided. There can be the scope of improvement on mess food which differs from hostel to hostel. Canteens and cafeterias are available on the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are great. The course curriculum is also great consisting of different practical aspects of core subjects. Both students and faculty lack a bit in executing the theory. There is a scope of improvement. Different subjects from basics to advanced level are introduced for the students to explore themselves.
Other: Fests and events are organised by the faculty members of various departments every year. A common fest is also organised. Many festivals are celebrated with great joy and happiness. Every type of extracurricular activity is promoted in the college, be it sports, arts and dance. The campus crowd is diverse, people from different communities and background study in the college. It is well connected with main markets, railway stations and the airport.

The infrastructure and the faculty are excellent.
Placements: Thanks to BHU for a great learning and perfect environment. It has helped me a lot to grow. Placements are good because of the location of the college, but it can be way better than this. Due to the issues with transportation, most of the companies don't prefer to visit Varanasi. I wish that the placements can get better shortly.
Infrastructure: No college can beat BHU in terms of its infrastructure. It is the largest residential university in Asia. Our department was very good. I just loved everything about BHU. Departments, ground, VT, hostels, library, cyber library, auditorium, cafeterias and everything were very good.
Faculty: I have studied in BHU from 2015 to 2017 in Statistics and Computing course. The course curriculum was very advanced, and it is as per the requirements of the industry, still, it has to be improved. Our faculty members are highly qualified.
Other: The college organises many cultural fests, and the surroundings of BHU can make you fall in love with the college.

Life@BHU M.Sc. stats &comp).
Placements: There are quite less scope of being placed on-campus as most of the companies are located in metro cities and they prefer to select candidates from the university located in the same city. Though placements from statistics dept are more than our dept.
Infrastructure: Infra is quite good and provides various facilities like bhu Wi-Fi, spacious labs and libraries, lots of food joints and a clean and green environment. Hostel rooms are also in good condition but food is average. There are hostels for different depts.
Faculty: Course curriculum is well elaborated but we face the issue of Good faculty. As we have to learn programming in our curriculum, we are appointed scholars for the same those who are less known to these languages. Infact they are learning by our side by side. So they are less reliable and less informative. Though teachers of Statistics dept are quite helpful and there curriculum is much better than ours.
Other: Campus crowd is quite mixed. Beware of students from arts department. Rest crowd is good. People are helpful. Surroundings are also fine. I don't prefer to go to the fest because of the crowd. But the university always takes a step forward in organizing events and various extra-curricular activities.
