It is a good college in terms of education.
Placements: Many students got placed in the ECE course. They got around 2-3 offers. Our college does not provide internships. Our teachers help us to get internships. Some students got internships at ISRO.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in our college. Our college has a common room. The girls' hostel fee is Rs. 2,000. We have to pay the hostel fee twice a year. The hostel provides food for Rs. 40. It has 2,3, and 5 sharing rooms.
Faculty: All teachers are very good and friendly. We can discuss any problems related to our study with them. They always help us in our studies. We have to attend classes regularly to pass and score good marks.

Our college has good value for money.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our college. The remaining students going for further studies in reputed colleges. The average salary package offered is 7.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, PwC, IBM, President Systems, L&T, Infotech, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. We have a small and beautiful campus. Our college provides us with all facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. All facilities are good and well-equipped. The hostel is beautiful. The food served in the hostel is decent. Our college provides us with sports and medical facilities. We get the hostel facility after the 1st semester.
Faculty: Some professors are good at teaching. They easily connect with students, but with respect. Some are usually busy with their work and uninterested in students. It's your responsibility to get more knowledge. Exams are a bit difficult.
Other: My GMR is 1228 and at this rank, I got ECE. The best thing about this course is that you can go for both government and private sector easily. Our college organises sports and other fest activities once per semester.

2nd best college under WBJEE.
Placements: Students are eligible for sitting for placements from 7th semester. A lot of companies visit our college for campus placement. The highest placement record till now 12lpa from ECE. Companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture etc. Offer placements. About 90 percent students get placed.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure with very good classroom, library and lab facilities. Hostel is available for students resident at least 60km away. Hostel's infrastructure is also very good with good quality food. Sports facilities are also there with annual sports day.
Faculty: The professors are well qualified and very much helpful. They help the students in academics as well as in various projects. Internships are also provided from the third year which helps the students to be industry ready. Semester papers are quite difficult. One have to study throughout the year to do well in exams.

Better place to graduate in minimal fees.
Placements: Placement stats are not given anywhere officially. As I got to know from seniors the average package is around 8LPA and the highest is 21LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCs Vipro etc. I think very few students are offered for internship. ECE dept students generally go for higher studies here.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good. You will get hostel in 2nd sem or in the 3rd sem starting. Wi-Fi, labs, library everything is available in college campus. Wi-Fi is not available in hostel. Mess food are heigenic and testy. Canteen is also there. Medical facilities, sports and games are available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They will motivate you. Sometimes scares you too. All the teachers and we'll qualified it's all upto you how much you can learn. Language may be a barrier here for other state students. Sometimes they speak on Bengali. Pass percentage is 100%in online sem exam.
Other: You can go for higher studies, it's more common than getting placement.

The placement scenario needs to be improved here.
Placements: The 4 years B.Tech course started in our college 2015, so it's been just 4 years, so we don't know anything regarding placements. But, the placement scenario needs to improve, especially for on-campus placements. Otherwise, we have to get jobs on our own through off-campus.
Infrastructure: The campus is good, but there is no field to play sports, only one table tennis board is available. So these facilities are required to improve for the sake of college life. However, classrooms are good, but Wi-Fi facilities are not available for students here. You can access the library and the internet facilities if you want because computers are provided with internet services through LAN.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, extremely qualified and interactive with the students. Their teaching quality is also good, but for placements, it is not enough, and the skill development is also not enough to get placements. So, it requires further improvements and acquaintance with modern technologies.
