Satisfied with the infrastructure and right choice for chemical and aerospace department.
Placements: The previous batches didn't have any campus interviews. Freshers are offered a package of Rs. 7,000 per month but they can earn 1 lac per month after getting the experience. No companies visited our campus for placements. Students are treated like professional engineers.
Infrastructure: There is no free Wi-Fi facility available on our campus, but we have well-equipped labs, classrooms, medical facilities and games. We have a good quality of classrooms and labs. We have two canteens, and they are worth the money. Hostel rooms are very bad. I didn't face any issues with the infrastructure.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. In fact, they can clear our doubts whenever we want. Teaching quality is far better than other institutions. The faculty to student ratio is 1:8. We often go to industrial visits with the help of our institution. The course curriculum was very useful.
Other: If students have a national level sports certificate, the college offers you to study at no cost.

To make every man success and no man failure.
Placements: The placements are not available for chemical department in our university. In this university, you can learn many things along with quality education, and the college also provides qualified and experienced teachers. We can get various jobs across our country, and they have golden opportunities in Gulf countries. They prefer only chemical engineers rather than petroleum engineer. Mostly 90% got internships in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and covered with a lot of trees. For international students, they provide international hostels. You can burn calories by walking three floors every day. Classes are provided with projectors. Cycles are available to roam inside our college.
Faculty: Teachers are available whenever you seek help, or else you feel uncomfortable with mind or physic. Thanks for the update and the record I have to go to the store and get some rest and feel better soon, and that is why I am asking for a friend to talk.
Other: Events can be available for every two months.

Review of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science - HITS.
Placements: Our chemical batch was started in 2013 and not even a single company has visited here for campus placements. It's terrific when we think about our future. Only IT companies visit here for placements. If I knew this thing before joining, I would not have stepped into this deemed college. There are no placements, and one has to try off-campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite average. It's fantastic for automobile and CS departments when compared with that of the others. No words to say when I think about my department, again it's disgusting. There is no proper equipment. Seriously this college doesn't deserve to hold a good title for infrastructure, particularly in our department.
Faculty: Faculty members here are very good in terms of their knowledge and attitude towards the students. They are trying their best to make us understand the subject. Some teachers don't teach, and just they give marks for everyone. There are some who even reveal the question papers of internal exams. If you want to have a good experience, then you must be helpful to the teacher.
Other: Those who just want to spend time could join this college.

Q:   Can I join Hindustan University without entrance exam?

A:

No, Hindustan University offers admission to all of its courses based on a valid score in the respective entrance exams. For the majority of UG courses from the streams of Science, Commerce, Humanities, Management and Law, the university conducts an in-house entrance exam, i.e., HITSCAT. Q:   Is BCA at Hindustan University a good choice?

A:
{Source: BCA students & alumni}

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's a summary of the pros and cons:

Pros:

* Good teaching staff: Most professors are well-qualified and helpful, providing regular doubt-clearing sessions and offering guidance throughout the program.
* Easy to pass semesters: With a relatively easy academic environment, most students find it straightforward to pass their semester exams.
* High placement rate: According to students' accounts, over 70% of graduates receive placements, with several companies offering decent salaries (Rs. 3-15 Lacs per annum).
* Industry connections: The university has ties with prominent companies like HCL, IBM, and Infosys, ensuring ample job opportunities upon graduation.
* World-class infrastructure: The college boasts modern laboratories, a state-of-the-art library, and excellent sports facilities, creating a conducive learning environment.

Cons:

* Limited internship opportunities: While some students mentioned receiving internships, others felt that the college could improve its provision of such programs.
* Salary packages may vary: Although many students received competitive salaries, some noted that the starting pay may not be extremely high.
* Teaching style limitations: A few students expressed dissatisfaction with the teaching approach, citing a lack of practical exposure and insufficient preparation for industrial requirements.

Overall, while Hindustan University's BCA programme has its strengths, particularly in terms of teaching staff, infrastructure, and placement rates, it's essential to weigh these positives against the potential drawbacks, especially regarding internship opportunities and salary packages. Ultimately, the decision to choose this programme depends on individual priorities and expectations.
