Our college is the most beautiful college in the world.
Placements: Civil Engineering has an 80% placement rate. The highest salary offered was 1.3 crores per annum, and the lowest was 6 lakhs per annum. Students are placed in both private and government civil engineering companies. 90% of students get internships, and many go on to become managers, assistant managers, or CEOs. IIT Delhi is one of the most prestigious institutions in the world.
Infrastructure: IIT Delhi is one of the most beautiful colleges in the world and has one of the best infrastructures among world-class universities. In addition, the civil department at IIT Delhi is the best place to study civil structures.
Faculty: The quality of education here is very good. The professors are knowledgeable and provide a lot of information in their lectures. However, they don't always provide a lot of opportunities for students to ask questions or provide feedback.
Other: I'm an alumnus of IIT Delhi, and I think civil engineering is the best course in the world. The college has improved a lot since I was a student there, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering studying civil engineering.

Really good infrastructure and the most reputed institute for engineering in India.
Placements: Most students in this course are unplaced because many students choose other careers, such as civil services, consulting, or coding, instead of their core branch. However, those who are placed get decent packages, averaging about 8 lakhs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostels is not that great, but the study areas like the library and lecture halls are very well developed. The classrooms are fully air conditioned. Wi-Fi is available everywhere on campus and the speed is decent. The mess food is awesome, but it is expensive.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are also very helpful and hold doubt sessions to help students understand difficult concepts. Semester exams are not very difficult if we study regularly. More than 90% of students pass. The course curriculum prepares students for placements in their respective fields.
Other: I chose this college because it is one of the most reputed institutes for engineering. It is also well known for its cultural fest, which is considered to be the largest north Indian cultural fest. The best thing about this college is that you will be surrounded by brilliant minds from all over the country.

Bad infrastructure but worth it.
Placements: Placements is almost 100% but not always in the desired roles. Average package is 22 LPA. Top roles offered are consultancy jobs and teaching jobs. Internship in 3rd year is almost 75%, every 3 out of 4 people do get an internship along with a PPO. The highest packages are offered by quant.
Infrastructure: Very bad living conditions in hostels, not at all up to IIT standards. Expected a lot more from this college, but other things like library and classrooms are excellent and teachers and amazing. But hostel conditions are very bad. Wi-Fi is mostly good.
Faculty: A very strong focus on curriculum and continuous exams and quizzes.

If we talk about the placement, infrastructure, campus life, and exposure, everything is top-notch.
Placements: Almost 100% of students get placed if they sit in placement, but sometimes most of the students go for higher studies and some of them for government services. Many students get high placement, but as of now, 3-4 students from my batch got more than 30 LPA, and the lowest is 8 LPA. All recruiting companies are not from the core; some were in a tech background, some were in consulting, and some in core like BPCL. About 20-30% of the total strength got an internship in various companies, as the placement I mentioned above the company.
Infrastructure: Hostel buildings you will find old but well-maintained with good facilities. Everything is good here, like you will get free washing machines to all sports courts like badminton, volleyball, and basketball and a gym too. You will have great food in the mess at an affordable price.
Faculty: IIT is known for top-class and highly qualified faculty members. Course programs are absolutely relevant. Yes, it's difficult if we talk about the semester exams; you have to secure 30% to pass the exams, but scoring 30 percent is not easy.
Other: I was interested in the government sector, so I chose civil engineering here instead of computer science in another IIT.

Really talented and intelligent students are here, but the academic curriculum is so old.
Placements: In the Civil Engineering department, core placements are not so good, around 6 to 8 LPA per year as the average package. If you want to go into the teaching field, you will need to prepare on your own. Other than that, the Civil Engineering faculty is so good, in fact, it is the No. 1 Civil department in India.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and internet facility are available 24/7. Hostels are so old and in very bad condition in old hostels like Jwalamukhi and all. Other hostels like Drona and Saptagiri are in good condition. Mess facilities are much better compared to other colleges.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and well-educated from foreign universities and other IITs. They are very supportive, and if you study with interest, they will support you in many ways. The teaching quality is so good, and they will provide you with many extra knowledge and materials.
