Jharkhand Board has announced the JAC 10th timetable for the 2025 exam. It was announced on December 17, 2024. As per the announced JAC Matric exam schedule, the JAC 10th Exams 2025 will be conducted from February 11 to March 3, 2025 in pen and paper mode.

The board will announce the date sheet for both JAC 10th prractical and theory exams in December this year. However, based on 2024 exam, the practicals are expected to be conducted in February & March 2024. In 2024, the practical exams for the JAC 10th Board were conducted from February 28 to March 11, 2024.

Every year, around four Lakhs students appear for the JAC 10 exam. In 2024, a total of 4,33,643 candidates registered for the exam and 4,27,294 students appeared for the exam. Out of which, 4,07,559 students managed to clear the exam. For 2025 exams, the board will share the official data along with releasing the result. We will also update the same on this page.

The full marks of JAC 10th exam are 500. Students need a minimum of 33 percent marks in every subject to clear the 10th board examinatons. In other words, we can say that te students are required to obtain at least 165 marks to pass the class 10 exam.

Ususally, Jharkhand Board does not change the JAC class 10 time table once it is finalised and released in public domain. The board structure the JAC class 10 exam dates after considering all the natanal and state holidays and other important events. However, there are rare instances when the JAC 10th time table may be changed after its initial release due to unforeseen circumstances like political events, or natural disasters. If any changes are made, JAC issues a revised JAC 10th time table and informs schools and students through its official channels. It is important for students to keep themselves updated and stay in contact with their schools to ensure they are aware of any modifications.

A candidate should secure a minimum of 33 percent aggregate in order to pass the JAC 10th exam. The board also provide grace marks to the candidates who requires. Up to 5% marks given as grace if a student is failing in a subject. On the other hand, if a students is failing in two subjects then the board will give up to 3% marks in both subjects.
