Yes, there are qualifying marks in RRB Group D exam. The qualifying marks for your and EWS categories are 40 and 30 for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), SC, and ST. These percentage of marks for eligibility may be relaxed by 2 per cent for PwBD candidates in case of shortage of PwBD candidates against vacancies reserved for them. The notice states that CCAAs of any trade trained in Railway Establishments can apply. CCAAs who have done training in Railway Establishments and have
National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT only are eligible. CCAAs having certificates issued by the Board/ Institute/Organization other than NCVT are not eligible. CCAAs trained in Railway Establishments, who have completed their training and possess National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)
granted by NCVT should carefully fill the duration of training, certificate details, and marks in the online application.
