Good placements (at 8+ CGPA), the faculty members are great, extracurricular activities are amazing.
Placements: Around 70-75% of the students were placed in my course. About 10-15% opted for further studies or prepared for competitive exams. The highest package is around 2.5 crores (from a quant company), the average package is around 20-25 LPA, and the minimum package is 10-11 LPA. The top recruiting companies for electrical engineering are Texas Electronics, Siemens, Graviton, and Optiver. Around 85% of students with a CGPA above 7 secured internships, and nearly 100% of those with a CGPA above 8 got top roles like acoustic engineers, electrical core engineers, CAD engineers, and chip engineers.
Infrastructure: The labs are top-notch, with all the necessary equipment for electrical engineering. The classrooms and library are spacious and modern. Wi-Fi speed ranges from 100-500 Mbps across the campus. The hostel lacks air conditioning and is small. Due to limited hostels, two-student rooms have been converted into three-sharing rooms. The food in the mess is good, and there are options for extra meals. There is also a night mess open from 3-4 AM, along with several food outlets on campus. The sports facilities are excellent, and if you're good at sports, it opens up many opportunities.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and friendly, though some professors are not as approachable. Most courses in the electrical department do not have an attendance policy, though this is not the case for all departments. The course curriculum is relevant and updated annually. Students can choose electives in areas of interest, such as Computer Science, MNCs, or Robotics. The semester exams are tough, and the competition in the electrical branch adds to the difficulty.
Other: I chose this course because I live near Delhi and have an interest in electrical engineering. The course is challenging but enjoyable, and the professors are helpful. I believe some labs could be improved or removed as they don't serve much purpose. The extracurricular activities are great, with many clubs and competitions. There are several inter-hostel and inter-college events. The college offers many scholarships for underprivileged students. The campus is located in Hauz Khas, South Delhi, which is a great area to study and live.

The amazing exploration of IIT Delhi - Indian Institute of Technology.
Placements: Up to 120 students are placed in my course, and a total of 1200 students are there in the first year. The companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and TCS are there in my course. Top roles are like management consulting, marketing management, business analyst, etc. The highest package is around 1 crore per annum, while the average is 36.9 lacs per annum. Mostly 94% of students got internships from above companies.
Infrastructure: On my campus, there is a Wi-Fi network used by staff and students of the campus. It has well-designed classrooms equipped with modern teaching aids, including projectors, smart boards, etc. For a large classroom, there are auditorium-style lecture halls with interactive learning The central library here is well stocked with textbooks, research journals, e-books, etc. The food quality of our mess food is also there; there is a great kind of diversity also there for sports purposes. There is a sports complex named Mitthal, and for medical purposes, there is a 24/7 medical facility.
Faculty: Yes, the professors are really helpful, and they are highly qualified, and most of them are also from IIT. They really teach so well and want to teach in a very practical manner so the course can be easily understandable. Yes, like most of the courses have lecture classes, and the theory classes have practical labs too so that we can apply the theoretical knowledge. Like depends on some courses being really easy while some courses are quite difficult to grasp, but the practice makes us perfect; the pass percentage really depends on the course coordinator and the policy mentioned by the professor in the lectures.
Other: I choose the course case. I have an interest in electronics. The best thing about my course is that it is not remembering the things; it all has some logic behind it. I think all things are good. There are a lot of scholarships provided by institutes and the alums of IITD also. The annual fest of IITD, that is Rondevous, is quite the largest in North India; the connectivity is very large. There are a lot of people coming together representing the diverse India.

Campus full of amazing people.
Placements: I am a first-year student, so I don't know about placements, internships, and all that stuff, but as reviewed from seniors, these are amazing at IIT Delhi. Internships are highly paid, both in India and outside India. The placement cell is really active on campus.
Infrastructure: High-speed Wi-Fi is available all across the campus. Classrooms are really awesome and fully air-conditioned. The mess food is average but yes, better than expected. Sports facilities are amazing, with lots of opportunities to explore all sports, both indoor and outdoor.
Faculty: Professors are the best, but the curriculum is a little old. From what I have experienced so far, the curriculum involves a bit of rote learning. Exams are moderate, but a lot of exams create mental pressure on us. Overall, it's fine because just after exams, there are a lot of events.
Other: The campus is full of events, fests, and the clubs are amazing.

My first semester experience at IIT Delhi as an average student.
Placements: In my opinion, IIT Delhi provides one of the best placements in India, and my branch has had a history of outstanding placements. Last year, my branch, Electrical Engineering, had an average package of 29.6 LPA and a median package of 24.5 LPA. The percentage of students placed was around 89%. It is pretty safe to say that if you are from the Electrical branch in IIT Delhi, you have an upper edge in the placement season.
Infrastructure: As the college is old, there are many old hostels that have a kind of old infrastructure. If you are lucky, you may be given the new hostels, which have completely new infrastructure and can accommodate a huge number of students. Whereas, if you are unlucky like me, you may get an old hostel, where you will have to settle with two other roommates. Although the infrastructure in the old and new hostels is visibly different, the facilities provided are mostly the same among all hostels. You are provided with extremely fast Wi-Fi everywhere. The food quality is also decent; they provide a variety of foods (continuing both north and south Indian foods). Also, almost every hostel has its own night messes and juice shops, which provide you with many extra food options. There are also gyms, reading rooms, common rooms, visiting rooms, and a TV room in the hostels. There are also badminton and volleyball courts inside some hostels. The lecture hall has magnificent infrastructure and is huge in size. All the classrooms are air-conditioned. There are huge classrooms with a capacity of more than 300 students, and also smaller ones, each for their own purpose. There are well-equipped labs for each department inside the LHC itself. There is also a new LHC (West Academic Block) that will be soon operational.
Faculty: The teaching faculty here are some of the best in the world. Each and every faculty member is a graduate of some prestigious international institution or another IIT. The professors are, no doubt, experts in their own field, but not every professor teaches the same way. Some professors teach with utmost interest and enthusiasm, while others just slide through some 2-year-old PPTs. You will also find most of the faculty members are very humble, and they do respond to students' doubts and questions. To be very honest, I personally find the first-year curriculum (which is the same for every B.Tech undergraduate, regardless of branch) not too relevant for everyone. In the first semester, I had to study a lot of mechanical and chemistry courses, which will hardly be of much use for my branch. In the second semester, I will study physics, electrical, and computer science courses, which again will not be of much use for most of the non-circuit branches. But the curriculum allows you to venture out into new areas, not only within your branch; you can explore many courses from any branch. And if you are passionate enough, you can also choose to minor in some other disciplines. The exams in IIT Delhi are a different monster. I personally remember sitting for the written test of a mechanical workshop course, and I couldn't believe the marking system. It was 30 marks, all multiple-choice questions with +1 mark for right answers and -0.5 for each wrong answer. The exams are very unpredictable and can often be very challenging, even for the best minds in the country, but the overall evaluation system is relatively consistent in most courses. The competition here is also cutthroat. If you thought getting into IITs is tough, surviving here is even tougher.
Other: The campus life at IIT Delhi is really amazing. The cultural fest is one of the biggest in North India. The sports facilities are great. There are fields for each field sport, courts for racket sports, volleyball, etc. There is also Mittal Sports Complex and the Student Activity Centre (SAC), which contains playing areas for many sports. The inter-hostel sports competition (GC) is one of the legacies of IIT Delhi. Every hostel participates and competes to win the GC trophy, as it lifts the hostel's respect on campus. The campus overall has an amazing vibe. There is always some sort of sport or cultural competition going on. You will definitely not feel bored here.

Review of IIT Delhi - Indian Institute of Technology.
Placements: Almost all the students here get placed or opt for higher studies. Up to my knowledge, the highest package is about 3 Cr, the average package is 25 lpa, and the lowest package is 9 lpa. All of the companies that received placements in India came to IIT Delhi. Almost all the students get either research or work internship in various companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of IIT Delhi is outstanding in every aspect; the Wi-Fi is available for all the students inside the campus. All the labs are highly equipped with the best of the equipment, and all the facilities are well maintained. The classes are fully air-conditioned. We have a huge library consisting of all the books that are needed to study. Mess food is also outstanding here. All the grounds are well maintained for all kinds of sports.
Faculty: Almost all the teachers try to make the students learn. They are all highly qualified, very knowledgeable and very helpful. According to me, the course curriculum is not up to par for the industry; we have to put in additional effort to get placed. Semester exams are quite difficult here.
Other: Amazing people and coding culture.
