REET 2025: The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan will release the RTET (Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test) or REET notification for the year 2025 after the completion of the 2024 exam process. The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) or Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (RTET) is conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (RBSE). The state-level REET exam is conducted for Level 1 and Level 2 papers. The REET Level 1 is for Primary Teachers who want to teach Classes 1 to 5 and Level 2 is for Upper Primary Teachers who want to teach Classes 6 to 8. Those who want to become Classes 1 to 8 teachers need to appear for both level papers. Candidates need to clear the REET exam 2025 to become eligible to teach Classes 1 to 8 in Rajasthan schools.

The BSER will release the exam dates for the REET 2025 exam soon on its official website. The REET exam dates will be released along with the release of the REET 2025 notification which will comprise the detailed information about the RTET 2025 exam. Q:   When will the REET 2024 application form be released?

A:

The REET 2024 application form was released on December 16, 2024. The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) activated the REET apply online 2024 link on the official website. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website of the BSER for the latest updates on the REET application form. REET is a state-level exam conducted by the BSER for the recruitment of teachers in primary and upper primary schools in the state of Rajasthan.

Q:   How to make modification in the REET application form?

A:

The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER) will release the application correction window after the completion of the applicatio process. The steps to make corrections in the application form has been given below for the candidates: a) Visit the official website of the REET b) Click on the Online Correction in Fill Form link c) Login using the Challan number, registration number, mothers name and date of birth d) Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number e) Make the desired corrections and submit f) You will receive an OTP again g) Enter the OTP and click on final submit The registered candidates cannot make changes in to the following sections: a) Candidates name b) Fathers name c) Mothers name d) Mobile number e) REET exam level f) Photo g) Signature The applicants are advised to fill out the particulars carefully or else they will have to go through hassle of correcting their application form.

REET 2025 Eligibility 

The candidates preparing for the REET 2025 exam must check their eligibility to appear in the exam. The REET eligibility criteria for the exam are divided into two parts: i) Age Limit and ii) Educational Qualification. Check the eligibility criteria for the REET 2025 exam below:

Q:   Why am I not able to pay the application fee for the REET exam?

A:
If you have submitted the application for the REET exam and you're not able to make the payment for the REET application then you should check following cases given below: a) It might be lag due to heavy traffic on the application page and many applicants will be trying to make payment for the REET exam, It is advised the complete your payment in the sleep hours or when the traffic is not on the peak b) Check your Internet connectivity, it is might possible that your Wi-Fi or the source of internet is working properly. Set up your internet source by switching off and on c) Payment method, you might be using the wrong payment method which is not accepted. Try using the payment methods that are prescribed in the notification and the application page.

Q:   Can REET application fee be submitted through demand draft?

A:
The method of payment for the REET (Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers) application fee may vary depending on the specific instructions provided by the conducting authority. However, in general, it is unlikely that demand draft would be accepted as a mode of payment for the application fee. The most common modes of payment for REET application fees are online payment through debit card, credit card, or net banking, or through e-challan at designated banks. It is recommended that you carefully read the official notification or information brochure for the specific REET exam you are interested in to determine the acceptable modes of payment for the application fee.

Q:   What are the dimensions of the photo and signature for the REET application form?

A:
The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) has not yet released the official notification for the REET exam 2023. Therefore, the specific dimensions of the photograph and signature for the application form are not available at this time. However, based on the previous year's application process, the following are the general guidelines for the photograph and signature: Photograph: A) The photograph should be a recent color passport-size photograph. B) The background of the photograph should be white or light-colored. C) The photograph should be in JPEG format with a maximum size of 50 KB. D) The dimensions of the photograph should be around 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm. Signature: A) The signature should be done on white paper with blue or black ink. B) The signature should be clear and legible. C) The signature should be in JPEG format with a maximum size of 20 KB. D) The dimensions of the signature should be around 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm. It is important to note that the dimensions and specifications of the photograph and signature may be subject to change as per the notification released by the BSER. Candidates are advised to check the official notification carefully for the updated guidelines and specifications before filling out the application form.

Q:   When was the application form released for REET 2022 Recruitment Exam?

A:
The application form for the REET main exam for Level 1 and Level 2 were released on the official website on December 21, 2022. The candidates were allowed to apply for the REET main exam from December 21, 2022, to January 19. The last date for paying the application fee for the REET level 1 and level 2 recruitment exam was January 19, 2023. The RSMSSB (Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board, Jaipur) did not invited the offline application for the recruitment exam neither the application fees was accepted through offline mode like demand draft, etc. The RSMSSB accepted the UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc. for the REET recruitment exam application form. The REET mains exam to recruit the Level 1 and Level 2 recruitment exam conducted between February 21 to March 1, 2023.

Q:   I have forgotten my REET application number. What should I do?

A:
The candidates who have successfully registered for the REET exam can retrieve their application number by following the steps below: a) Visit the official website and go to the login page b Click on the link stating Forgot form number/challan number c) Enter the required details such as the candidates name, mothers name, class level, and date of birth and click on the next button e) Note down the information for future use The candidates are advised to check their registered email id and the message by the REET on the registered mobile number. The BSER sends the registration details to the mobile number and email id that was registered while filling out the application number.

REET 2025 Age Limit

The RTET does not have any upper age limit criteria for the exam. Anyone who possesses the educational qualification required for the REET exam is allowed to take the exam. However, the candidates should not be below 18 years old to take the RTET exam.

REET 2025 Educational Qualification 

The candidates who want to appear for the REET 2025 exam must have the educational qualification in order to appear in the RTET exam. The educational qualifications for the exam are given below in the table:

Graduation along with appearing or passed in the final year of the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education

Level 2 - Upper Primary Teacher

Graduation with at least 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).

Or,

Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education

Or,

Graduation with at least 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)

Or,

Graduation with at least 45 per cent marks and passed or appearing in 1- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE regulations

Or,

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50 per cent marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)/appearing in the final year of 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed

REET 2025 Application 

The application for the REET 2025 exam will be released along with the release of the notification. The candidates who want to appear for the exam will have to complete the application process for the exam. The steps to apply for the Rajasthan teacher eligibility test is given below:

  • Visit the official website - www.reetbser2025.in
  • Click on the ‘Fill application form’ link
  • Enter challan number, mother’s name, and date of birth to login
  • Fill out the REET application form
  • Pay the REET application fee
  • Submit and take a printout of the application form for future reference

The board activates the link to make corrections in the application form for the REET exam. The steps to make corrections in the REET application form are given below:

  • Login using the Challan number, registration number, mother’s name, and date of birth
  • Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number

REET 2025 Exam Shift Timing

The candidates who will appear for the REET exam must know the shift timings for the RTET exam. The REET exam is taken in two shifts in a day. Yes, the REET 2022 certificate is eligible to appear in the REET 2025 examination. REET certificate is issued valid for a period of three years, from the date when the results were declared. So the REET 2022 certificate should be valid till further REET examinations till the date of REET 2025 exam.
