A college with good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Placements are good. Both core and non-core options are open for all branches. The most preferred non-core options are in consultancy, finance, and software development. In the PI branch, most people opt for non-core. Most companies don't differentiate on the basis of branch. They just want people with the required skills.
Infrastructure: Hostels have good infrastructure, especially the new ones. The mess food quality is good and hygienic. Quality control is provided from time to time.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified and very supportive. They are always ready to help and advise even if you are not taking any of their courses. They always welcome doubts and questions. We can email them anytime or reach their office during office hours.

Navigating IIT Delhi: Insights from a current student.
Placements: The majority of students who participated in campus placements secured positions. However, if someone does not get placed, they can reach out to HR or the CEO of a company via LinkedIn, or they could visit the company in person with their resume to inquire about opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is commendable. Lecture halls are spacious and equipped with air conditioning. The library is impressive, offering a vast collection of books. Hostels are well-kept. The faculty is competent, although a few may not be as cooperative; they provide quality teaching but might not be accommodating if you make a mistake. Campus life is enjoyable, and there are numerous tourist attractions nearby, such as India Gate, Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid, and the Lotus Temple. Hostel life is exceptional. Overall, the experience is excellent.
Faculty: The curriculum, particularly the courses taught in the first year, is identical for all students, regardless of their major. However, some of these courses may not be relevant for future studies. For instance, the necessity of a biology course for a computer science student is questionable. The difficulty of semester exams varies from course to course. Some courses exams are moderate while others are difficult.

Good placements, good sports facilities, good hostel life
Placements: Seniors say internships are a bit difficult to crack, but almost everyone gets a decent placement. Top recruiters are Google, Amazon, and Salesforce in tech. Bain and McKinsey are top consult recruiters. In core, the majority of placed students are in ITC, Wipro, Mahindra.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good. Labs are air-conditioned. For the hostel, I would say it's okay, not very great, but yeah it's decent. Food is decent in the hostel, only sometimes the mess workers make not very tasty food. So overall I would say facilities are decent and manageable.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, but only a few of them know how to teach a class. But some professors are very cool, they understand the condition of the students, but these people are very few. To summarise, I would say the majority of the time you have to study by yourself and with your friends.

IIT DELHI : The innovation hub.
Placements: More than 90% of students get placed in our batch every year, with the highest package being around 1.5 crores per year, the average package being 20 lpa, and the lowest package being 10 lpa. Some students choose core placements, and some choose non-core placements. The top recruiters are Google, Microsoft, etc. Around 50–70% of students get internships from various companies. The top role is consulting.
Infrastructure: Our college is the nation's top college and so is its infrastructure. There is Wi-Fi in every corner of the 320-acre, widely spread-out campus. Hotel facilities are excellent; here we have a double-sharing room. In the 1st year and from the 2nd year onwards, we will have a single room. The hospital has emergency services 24 hours a day. Canteens and stalls are in every corner of campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are very kind-hearted in nature toward all the students. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders from different IITs and have great experience, which helps us in every possible way, whether it is academic-related or not. In order to just pass exams, its not that tough but to get a top rank here is not everyone's cup of tea.

In India, IIT is good but few professors are not good.
Placements: IIT Delhi placement is very good compared to other engineering colleges. IIT Delhi's placement average package is 21 LPA. The highest package is 4 crore rupees per annum. In IIT Delhi, the top recruiters are ICICI Bank, Anheuser-Busch Inbev, JP Morgan, Case, and Corporation, among many others.
Infrastructure: In IIT Delhi, we use Wi-Fi with good quality and speed. The classroom is very good compared to other NITs and many engineering colleges. In IIT Delhi, we have a central library whose infrastructure is good, and the library timing is also good. During exams, the library is open 24 hours per day.
Faculty: Yeah, in IIT Delhi, many teachers are helpful, but a few teachers are not good; they have an attitude, and many more. Otherwise, many faculty members are very good and excellent. In IIT Delhi, all facilities are knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. We have a TA (teacher assistant) who is helpful.
Other: The batch is perfect and good. Because my rank is very low, I got a production industrial engineering branch. A few teachers are not helpful. Event fest, crowd, connectivity, and campus life are good. In IIT, many scholarships are available.
