- 4-year Course: Aeronautical Engineering is a 4-year course in which the syllabus is divided into 8 semesters. The syllabus comprises core, elective, and fundamental subjects.
- Eligibility Criteria: Along with the 12th Class, the students must also complete a 3-year engineering diploma in any stream with a minimum of 45% marks. Some colleges/universities offer a relaxation of 5% to the candidates who belong to the reserved categories.
- Entrance Exams: Some colleges and universities have their own entrance exams for selecting the students for Aeronautical Engineering course. Students can appear for the JEE, GATE, IISAT, and other top engineering entrance exams to get admission to the college that offers this course.
